1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or engaging All Technology Security LLC ("Company", "we", "our") for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.

2. Services

All Technology Security LLC provides professional installation and maintenance services including, but not limited to:

  • Security camera (CCTV) installation
  • Alarm system installation
  • Access control systems
  • Structured cabling and network infrastructure
  • Electrical panel upgrades
  • Generator installation
  • EV charger installation

All services are performed by licensed technicians in the state of Florida. Work is subject to local permitting requirements where applicable.

3. Estimates and Quotes

All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Prices are subject to change if site conditions differ materially from the initial assessment. A signed estimate or written authorization is required before work begins.

4. Payment Terms

  • A deposit may be required prior to scheduling installation work.
  • Final payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Accepted payment methods: cash, check, and major credit cards.
  • Overdue balances may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month.

5. Appointments and Cancellations

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Repeated no-shows or same-day cancellations may result in a service call fee. Appointment reminders may be sent via SMS text message to customers who have provided prior express consent, and via email where applicable.

6. SMS Communications Consent

Customers may receive SMS text messages from All Technology Security LLC only after providing prior express consent by voluntarily selecting the separate, optional, unchecked SMS consent checkbox presented on our website forms. Providing a telephone number for a quote, estimate, appointment request, or service inquiry does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive SMS messages.

SMS communications may include:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Appointment cancellation notifications
  • Estimate notifications
  • Technician arrival notifications
  • Project updates
  • Invoice notifications
  • Customer support communications
  • Service-related notifications

Message frequency varies based on customer activity and requested services. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance or call (941) 735-4586. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or receiving services. Opting out of SMS communications will not affect your ability to receive services from All Technology Security LLC.

All Technology Security LLC does not send unsolicited marketing text messages and does not purchase, rent, or use third-party lead lists.

7. Warranty

We provide a 1-year labor warranty on all installation work performed by our technicians. Equipment and hardware warranties are subject to the respective manufacturer's terms. Warranty is void if equipment is tampered with, modified, or damaged due to misuse or acts of nature.

8. Limitation of Liability

All Technology Security LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the services provided. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for losses due to theft, vandalism, or other events that our security systems were unable to prevent.

9. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

  • Provide safe and unobstructed access to the work area.
  • Ensure that any necessary permits or homeowner association (HOA) approvals are obtained prior to installation where required.
  • Notify us of any known hazards or special conditions at the property.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of All Technology Security LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sarasota County, Florida.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
