SMS Terms & Conditions

SMS Consent

SMS consent is collected on our website via an optional checkbox on each form. Consent is never a condition of purchase or receiving our services. We have two opt-in paths:

  • Free Quote / Contact Form — On the homepage quote request form, customers may check the optional "I agree to receive SMS messages" checkbox before submitting. Unchecking the box (or leaving it unchecked) means no SMS will be sent.
  • Online Appointment Booking — On the Book an Appointment page, customers may check the same optional checkbox during the booking process. SMS is only sent if the customer actively checks this box.

In both cases, consent is obtained at the point of form submission and is recorded with a timestamp. Consent is not a condition of purchase or receiving services.

Types of Messages

You may receive the following types of SMS communications from All Technology Security LLC:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Appointment cancellation notifications
  • Estimate notifications
  • Technician arrival notifications
  • Project updates
  • Invoice notifications

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our business. You may receive multiple messages per transaction or appointment lifecycle.

Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. All Technology Security does not charge for SMS messages sent to you, but your carrier's standard messaging rates may apply.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

Privacy & Data Sharing

No mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or consent information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in information and consent may be shared only with service providers acting on behalf of All Technology Security LLC for the sole purpose of delivering SMS communications.

All Technology Security LLC does not send unsolicited marketing text messages and does not purchase, rent, or use third-party lead lists.
